@Mo_babyyy I had a very similar problem at my old place and didn’t quite know how to handle it either, assuming they had heavy OCD. Left a nice note, it got ignored, mentioned it to prop management and they said they couldn’t do anything since it was technically not within “quiet hours” 🙃
