@easyJet I just communicated with my travel agent @travelperk to check if our flight tomorrow from Gatwick to Bordeaux was still going fly? Your flight checker says it’s still scheduled to fly. However it’s on your cancelled list!!! Why haven’t you already told me?

In 2016 @VodafoneUK offered me a 'free' iPad for my loyalty, discovered 18 months on that actually I'd been paying for a 2nd line, asked for it to be cancelled at the end of the 2yrs, it wasn't and now refusing to pay me back! @MoneyTelegraph, reading online I'm not alone.
