@jack_schroder_ Yep, know of a friend with an unrelenting Klebsiella SIBO they had to micro manage for a while. Oral micro biome test came back with high Klebsiella.
Applies to H.Pylori too, treat the mouth
@thetomska Considered Mag Threonate/Mag Acetyl Taurate and B.Adolescentis?
NMDA receptors are heavily involved in tinnitus and a good form of Mag that crosses the BBB is NMDA dampening.
NMDAR’s also respond to adequate GABA; B.Adolescentis is a high GABA producer
@sugarangel01@ZachTheRide3D The point is to speak out loud at the room, not them directly.
If you just speak “can you please be quiet” to the room, they’ll quickly understand it’s directed toward them (even the poorly self aware then pick up self awareness) without the need for directness or confrontation
@jessgeny@Drift0r I mentioned in another thread mould is commonly linked to collagen breakdown (especially for hEDS patients) and MMP’s elevation - the effect of which governs collagen breakdown AND poor scaffolding of any collagen that is laid back down
@Drift0r ✅
Is relocation an option?
Did you ever run a urinary mycotoxin panel?
Any access to HEPA’s atm?
I’d want to get on a broad spectrum/some binders at a minimum with some liver supports. Mitigate the exposure and accumulation as best as possible whilst still in exposure.
@ChrisMasterjohn@CannoniteD None of this is a “ha gotcha” or immediately discrediting, but it is disingenuous, therefore in my eyes discrediting to other ideas of his, that are put forward.
There shouldn’t be room for grift in health, yet there is in droves
@drinkhung@jack_schroder_ I’d vouch that it’s a good Cu antagonist/chelator. Reliable copper dumping with it during the height of my Cu toxicity
That being said: 1.) you don’t need much 2.) balance with Cu, away from it 3.) copper metabolism is part of that balance
@Zenfrog4 Well childhood cPTSD causes epigenetic changes to the HPA axis. Then as an adult, stress, from all sources, becomes tolerated less and you’re ultimately less resilient and substantially more prone to chronic illness
@Drift0r@SpaceCityDirk Can they measure serum MMP’s? Usually elevated in cases of hEDS (not always) and the poor wound healing and joint issues point this way
@Drift0r I see you have mould… That’s a MASSIVE detriment myself and many others with hEDS have as a contributor to collagen wasting. You then see opportune infections, fungal overgrowth.
There is a growing consensus hEDS is universally fuelled by infections and inflammation.
@Drift0r Hey Drift
I saw your update video. It sounds strongly like you could have EDS/hEDS. In my case hEDS has/was exasperated by chronic infections and other involvements.
The right collagen supports are crucial, and would give you structure and help interim stability
