@PamelaDonalds10 This is an excellent question: Contrary to popular belief, breaching one of the Lower Snake River concrete dams does not mean blowing it up. It simply means removing the earthen part of the dam so water (and endangered salmon) can now freely bypass the concrete section of the dam
