Who else in the #XRPCommunity believes the @SECGov under the leadership of @GaryGensler is liable for causing damages to our investments in $XRP? And they should pay us for the losses they've caused over the past few years.

Their 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘄, conflicts of interest and numerous appearances of impropriety are surely grounds for legal action? Their repeated delay tactics have only prolonged our unnecessary suffering. In addition to all of that, the court actually found that 𝗫𝗥𝗣 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Is the idea of taking legal action against the SEC even possible? Especially with claimants in various countries.

@coinbase has just relisted / reinstated $xrp. Woohoo!! Let’s see the rest of the #Crypto platforms follow suit!

The sale of XRP on exchanges is NOT a security. Which means the sales of all cryptos on exchanges are NOT securities and @SECGov and @GaryGensler have NO jurisdiction over them. This is a watershed moment that relegates the SEC to TradFi and makes it a dinosaur regulator. Buh-bye

We said in Dec 2020 that we were on the right side of the law, and will be on the right side of history. Thankful to everyone who helped us get to today’s decision – one that is for all crypto innovation in the US. More to come.

#Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said it’s ridiculous and shameful that Chair Gensler was touting the SEC’s enforcement actions as the “cop on the beat,” yet he MET with SBF multiple times, but was caught completely flat-footed when the fraud came to light

@GaryGensler One year ago you wouldn’t meet with @brian_armstrong and @coinbase but chose instead to threaten to sue. 95% of Crypto companies were established outside of the U.S. because you refuse to give guidance. You are the number one threat to U.S. investors.

At the roughly 14-hour mark, the jury still hasn’t reached a verdict in @FannieMae & @FreddieMac shareholders’ lawsuit claiming the @FHFA improperly amended stock purchase agreements to let the US Treasury sweep up their net profits. They will continue tomorrow.
