@AmericanAir can you say why for the last 6 weeks every flight I have taken has been delayed 3 or more hours. At the airport in ORD stuck in yet another delay.
@AmericanAir priority check-in process at ORD that used to work is now a disaster. Please change it back. You prioritized checked bags over agent check-in and created a bottleneck. stage 1, 2.. is a single point of failure. Clearly the person designing doesn't know operations 101

@HelloTech trying to cancel my membership and you guys will not let me out and forcing me to pay monthly for a service I don't use or need? Feels like #poorcustomerservice.
Signed a new 2 year contract. They told me it was unlimited internet and faster speed but that was a lie @Xfinity you need to do better. Listen to my recorded call and honor your commitment or I'm out. Worse customer serivice but they got a monopoly.
