@davecarolan@Chriswing86@AFL@darrenburgess25 From the AFL CBA introduced for this season:
“Increased access to players for media and broadcast via new broadcast policy to be introduced.”
This has manifested itself in club media personnel sitting on the bench during games to report injury updates directly to broadcasters.

Really happy to see this paper come out. It is only a case study, but the reversal of a central core tendinopathy in a professional athlete is significant. Thanks to the performance staff and the athlete for their work on this project https://t.co/NE0cHfAUSq
Proud to give this paper prime-time social media spot! Kudos @JanEkstrand@IntlSportsRehab and colleagues! https://t.co/4JXQzOkbkv 🗣🗣🗣

“The technology and data will never affect the outcome, the people interpreting that data will”. Impt message from @darrenburgess25@UKSCA. It applies to so many other aspects in elite sports eg the data on scans, investigations, bloods, nutrition etc is all about interpretation
Ground contact time is shorter in faster athletes, and/or at faster speeds, OK

This was Japan’s dressing room after heart breaking injury-time defeat by Belgium. They left it spotless... and even a note saying ‘thank you’ in Russian. #sweepthedecks https://t.co/91dF07qpXw
