Love when a man is solution oriented in the little things.
Told this man I've been thinking of learning to ride a bicycle, he scoured the internet and found me a club here in Lagos that literally teaches you how to ride a bicycle in 4 classes.
Didn't think such classes were even a thing.
Walking 30 minutes a day cuts your risk of early death by roughly 20 percent.
Not running. Not CrossFit. Walking.
The cheapest, most available, most ignored exercise on earth also happens to be one of the most effective.
You do not need a gym membership. You do not need equipment. You need shoes and a decision.
Lagos traffic will not let you walk to work. Fine. Walk in the evening. Walk on the weekend. Walk around your compound.
Your body does not care how fancy the movement is. It just wants you to move.
The painful truth about many mistakes is this: when you made the decision, you told yourself you had no other option. Then the consequences arrived, and suddenly you could see ten other things you could have done.
The options were always there. Anger hid them. Pride dismissed them. Hurt made them look impossible.
This is especially true in conflict. You could have waited. You could have listened. You could have asked questions. You could have walked away. You could have refused to retaliate.
But in the heat of the moment, reaction presented itself as the only option.
One mark of maturity is learning to see your options BEFORE consequences reveal them.
- Being in touch by sending seasonal greetings (Christmas, Easter, Birthday, Sallah, Birthday or even monthly).
- Calling to check up on them occasionally.
- Avoid reaching out only when you're in need of their signature.
Here is a truth nobody tells you early enough.
The real reason to chase more money is not the cars or the clothes.
It is time.
Money, spent wisely, buys back your hours.
That washing machine gives you back a Saturday morning.
The dishwasher hands you an extra hour with your kids.
A good fridge lets you cook once on Saturday and eat well all week, instead of standing over a pot every single night.
Hiring help for the tasks that drain you is not laziness. It is buying back your one life, piece by piece.
So do not just work to afford things.
Work to afford time.
Time to sleep. Time to rest. Time to be happy. That was always the point.

turns out, reading a lot, exercising, loving people without expecting anything back, protecting your alone time, focusing only on improving yourself, and sometimes staying out late with friends who make you laugh until it hurts is a pretty good way to live.
Listen! As you pray, be ruthlessly strategic.
Don’t spend all of your time chasing faith while your work suffers.
If you should be at work, don’t be in a prayer program.
Do what’s right per time.
This girl, Chizoba, just graduated from Mechatronics at Nile University with a CGPA of 4.96.
She will be with us for the next 4 weeks teaching our children hardcore Robotics and AI. All practicals.
Her final-year project was constructing and programming a 3D printer from scratch. She also built unique technology that converts waste water bottles into 3D printing filaments.
These next 4 weeks are going to be on fire. Our children will also build drones from the ground up.
We selected the top 40 South East Maths Olympiad Winners from Enugu to participate in this program.

Not Everyone Has a Price.
It is disingenuous to project theft, deceit, and compromise onto everyone.
Contrary to popular belief:
Not everyone steals.
Not everyone shortcuts their ethics to make money.
Not everyone is looking to become a billionaire by any means necessary.
For some of us, the goal is contentment, comfort, and peace of mind. It’s resting well at night knowing our conscience is clear and our reputation remains intact.
If you have professionals on your team who lead with unwavering integrity, deep diligence, and genuine values, hold onto them passionately.
Do not take them for granted. Do not treat their loyalty as weakness or their honesty as an opportunity to overwork them.
People of rare character are becoming harder to find, and the rest of the world is actively trying to recruit them.
