Two months ago, my Acer Predator monitor started malfunctioning. The OSD buttons began performing ghost touches, randomly changing settings on their own. It was still under warranty, so I filed a complaint.
@Acer_India I urge everyone not to buy any Acer products, especially peripherals. The customer service is horrible, the support reps often have no idea about the product or your case, and they just keep asking you to “wait” endlessly. It’s not worth the fight.
