@VerizonSupport so, I use my hotspot 30gb last month and paid my account and made it current, received a message saying that it would reset on the 30th which is today. I get another message saying I have no allowance left and am reduced to 600mbs until next month. Extortion.

@Venmo the irs says they sent my money. I paid @turbotax for early deposit. everything is in order with irs, my account, and everything. Where is my money? @turbotax Reimburse that early access fee. They’ve sent & confirmed the funds. You think you’re more accurate than the irs??

@Venmo my name on my account is correct. The irs sent the funds to my account with the correct numbers, with the correct name. Where is my money? This just be rectified. I expect my funds in my account no later than tomorrow 3/6 or I will have my father contact his attorneys.
