When Abbayi Kanth shared the heartbreaking condition of an ancient stepwell in Andhra Pradesh's Peapully Mandal on social media, people across the region responded with action.

More than 300 volunteers came together to clear years of plastic waste, food packets, coconut shells, temple offerings, and neglect, revealing the historic stepwell hidden beneath.

The restoration is more than a clean-up story. It is proof that civic sense begins when ordinary people decide that preserving our heritage is everyone's responsibility.

नन्ही रागिनी की इतनी-सी पुकार है… पैर ने साथ छोड़ा है, सपनों ने नहीं। 🙏

💔 जिस उम्र में बच्चों के पैरों में दौड़ने की ताकत होती है, उस उम्र में रागिनी एक पैर से स्कूल तक पहुंचने के लिए कूदती है…

बलिया की कक्षा-1 की नन्ही छात्रा रागिनी की कहानी पढ़कर शायद आपकी आंखें भी नम हो जाएं। 😢

हादसे में उसका एक पैर क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया… लेकिन उसका हौसला नहीं टूटा है, दिव्यांग होने के बावजूद पढ़ने की ऐसी ललक कि वह एक पैर से कूद-कूदकर रोज स्कूल जाती है।

मनियर के प्राथमिक विद्यालय दिघेड़ा में पढ़ने वाली रागिनी ने DM अंकल से बेहद मासूमियत से गुहार लगाई है।

सोचिए… एक छोटी बच्ची की मांग कितनी छोटी है,
लेकिन उसके सपने कितने बड़े हैं।

उसे न खिलौना चाहिए, न कोई महंगी चीज…
उसे सिर्फ स्कूल पहुंचने के लिए एक सहारा चाहिए।

रागिनी के पैरों में भले ही मजबूरी है, लेकिन आंखों में सपने हैं और दिल में पढ़-लिखकर आगे बढ़ने का जुनून। ❤️

Seven-year-old Ragini from Ballia is at an age when she should be playing and enjoying her childhood, but instead, this innocent girl is fighting a daily battle just to live her life.

When Ragini was just six months old, an accident changed her life forever, severely affecting one of her legs.

Her family tried to get her treated, but poverty became such a huge barrier that her future remained trapped behind it.

Today, Ragini is seven years old. Her school is only 400 meters from her home. For most children, that distance takes just a few minutes to walk.

But for Ragini, those 400 meters are a difficult daily struggle. She goes to school hopping on one leg because she wants to study, move forward, and become something in life.

Recent reports have also highlighted her determination and her strong desire to continue her education.

But the question is not just about Ragini's courage it is also about the system. Her family lives in a hut.

They did not have enough money for proper treatment seven years ago, and they still don't have the means today.
