@AparnaGroup People spent crores to get flat in Aparna so that everyone including kids can enjoy their stay. But once club house starts, APMS starts charging exorbitantly for using any amenities including Carrom or chess.

There isn't any transperency how much is the revenue and expenditure in maintaining Zenith.
MyHome Mangala (launched with Zenith) are charging only GYM and Pool and rest are free as part of pre-paid maintenance.
