@thattommyhall I think it’s really about how you define 10x. You can have people who are better than you at programming, but have a negative impact on the overall performance of a team. So a 10x engineer would really need to be someone who improves the whole by 10x.

@Cennydd The way I see it this Facebook story is the equivalent of Chrome (or Android) permissions that aren't fine grained enough, so require very broad access (Access your data on all web sites, Access your tabs and browsing activity) when they don't really need that level of access.
