@MSFTBusinessUK I have tried to get support for ten days to resolve being locked out of my global admin account, which is seriously affecting my business and ability to operate. It seems you have shut all normal channels of customer communication - how do I speak to a person?
What has happened to customer service in this decade. No one company seems able to deliver a competent service. Appalling service and complete incompetence from @VodafoneUK resulting in hours and hours of time wasted and still no resolution.
@AlfaRomeoUK But sadly backed by the most appalling and inept customer service. 9 months now I have been without the use of my £75k Giulia Quadrigfolio and still no progress. I feel it necessary to spread the word now so others are aware of the risks of buying from @AlfaRomeoUK

Beware, ‘#approvedusedbmw’ counts for nothing. Purchased a #bmw with this status, after 3 weeks five faults evident so checks not completed and after 4 attempts to fix the same problem BMW are now saying we need to live with the fault. Please share to protect others.
@BritishGasHelp we moved 2 months ago and still haven’t been able to set up an account with you despite you supposedly being the current supplier. Online device doesn’t recognise the address as an active account and can’t get through by phone as you have shut the enquiry line.

@NatWest_Help can someone please contact me as a matter of urgency to discuss a potential fraud issue. I have spent all morning being referred to 5 different depts within Natwest only to be cut off after 45 mins of being on hold on last attempt and am no further forward.
As an early adopter personally & for biz I was a huge advocate of @RevolutApp but based on recent experiences I see no option but to close my accounts and advise others to do the same. Perhaps @RevolutApp you might contact me to try and put things right?

@piersmorgan many of the valid points you make are lost on people because of your inability to let interviewees answer questions. Please give people the space to answer the questions you ask. Then challenge them after. Haranguing them makes a fool out of you as much as them.
