Because there's only one sample, they generated the exact same environment.

@BoseService Maybe you should consider turning into a hardware provider for Samsung and let them do the software thing. In 4 years with various Samsung's earphone I never had once one of the 100+ issues I have in 3 months with Bose 🤔

@Bose guys, your QC Ultra Earbuds have great sound but they have a complete POS software.
Connection is total shit. It loses connection to the phone all the time. When taken out of the case, it often connects, but without sound. R&L are often not in sync.

@BoseService Also, the connection in the case is terrible. 20% of the time it doesn't charge.
Just now as I was watching a video, they just dropped the connection and reconnected by themselves a couple of times in a row.
Terrible, terrible software...

@onedrive got affected today (with thousands of others by the looks of it) by the issue of Shared Folders looking like Internet Shortcuts.
Massive issue screwing our workflow completely.
WTF Microsoft!
The issue was logged with you in June 2024 and a recent update made it WORSE?
