@the_transit_guy DART underground linking heuston and the Docklands, implement the Metro west proposal as well but as a circular DART line around the city. Upgrade all DART services to true s-bahn style running. Also convert the Luas green line as originally planned to Metro standard

As great news as this is, it's a bit of a sorry state of affairs when Ireland's third largest city has to rely on one sympathetic local TD to be in government to build our own train station.

Limerick needs a directly elected mayor, what's with the delay?
