Delta simply does not treat its customers well…..customers get to pay and then must be subjected to Delta’s random and massive inconveniences when things go wrong..with no path for any compensation or fair treatment. Herded like cattle and treated worse than that.
@Delta another disappointing Delta experience. Awake at 4 AM for a 7 AM flight….that is now delayed two hours with no available seats on other flights. Will miss connection in ATL. Delta treats passengers like cattle.
@FitbitSupport Why don’t you respond in a timely manner to service requests from faulty new devices? Been waiting for two months only to get your stalling replies. About to lose a 15 year Cutomer.

@Ask_Spectrum Anyone else experiencing poor service from Spectrum? Only been a customer for a few weeks. Unstable internet, unresolved by technician visits and unhelpful technical assistance. Despite outages, new tech appointments are always days away.
@Ask_Spectrum service is terrible. Been a customer for two weeks, already had constant internet outages, a service visit with new Equipment. Still not working. Help
@HelloFresh well, I sent a gift via HelloFresh on the 28th. Recipient never received the emailed gift card. I sent them the voucher code and it will not work. Recipient was told gift card is in my name...and I am looking at the receipt in their name! Time for @HelloFresh to fix.
Typical Sleep Number strategy....take the conversation off line so others don’t see how poorly they respond to customer needs. In short, they are long on apologies but offer nothing to solve the problem. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation...don’t buy Sleep Number prod.
@sleepnumber provides poor customer service. Mis-scheduled a repair appointment on a warranty repair and will not reschedule for a specific time and date. Don’t buy a bed from @sleepnumber. They don’t stand behind the product. And it’s an expensive mistake.
@NespressoUSA customer service is terrible. Over 30 minute wait times, no way to communicate online about problems with orders placed with @Nespressousa.
I agree with all of these GOP Senators. While I disagreed with them when they made these statements, they made the bed. Now, it's time for them to take a nap in it. And note, not a one of them said anything about "unless the Senate and the President are of the same party".
