Christian Harmon, the father of George Harmon, took part in the Etape Loch Ness today, raising money for the Midlands Air Ambulance charity.

Christian suffered a Cardiac Arrest last year whilst training for the 2024 edition of the same event and was clinically dead for 10 minutes, he was shocked back to life, taken to hospital and had three stents fitted.

Christian at the time never thought he would be back on a bike again but defied the odds and today completed the event!
