@Banana3Stocks Yes, under supplied. Yes, rates too high. As parent to 3 "first time homebuyers" the third HUGE problem is real estate investors. The moment a house hits the mkt my kids are competing against gobs of money from investors happy to buy and rent it out. So my kids continue to rent☹️
