@Budget Don't rent from @Budget unless you want to be charged nearly $500 above the rental price for existing car damage - even if you show them photographic evidence with time stamp. Point it out to an attendent who assured you it's recorded? You'll still get charged. Cancel

So, @AmericanAir responded via email and yet again, is confused and doesn't understand, or seem to be able to check their records on charging me thousands that I did not agree to. Told me now there's a flight credit which is now removed from my account. So, we're up to 3 lies.
@AmericanAir Charged me $4452.00 for an upgrade that I did not approve and won’t refund. WORST customer service. Merry Christmas from thieves. 30 year AA member - time to never fly them again.

@AmericanAir I’m contacting all media outlets. I’ve reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn. I’ve been an AA member since 1993. I hold an Executive Citibank AA card. I’m canceling it all and not stop until I’m refunded. This is terrible and a complete waste of my time.
@AmericanAir I booked a flight. A week later chatted with AA about an upgrade. They did not disclose the price. It was $4452.00. I immediately said no reverse cancel. They promised 24-48 hrs. I flew ORD to RSW in coach as planned. Yet I’ve been denied a refund as promised.
American Airlines customer service agreed that I was due a refund on for the $4452.00 upgrade I did not agree to and was told would be refunded on a $297.80 flight. @AmericanAir refunds denied it. So now I’ve been lied to twice.
