@UberEats our restaurant received our terminal but did not receive our Account PIN- we've left 4 service requests and have spent over 4 hrs on hold to try and get this. Can anyone help us? We want to get going on the platform ASAP 💪
@Chase I love your services and products, but when I had a fraud alert on Saturday night (thanks for catching it!), I've been locked out of my Sapphire Reserve for 48hrs (2 of which have been on hold with customer service, which we understand). Any way to resolve this on app?
