We were given 1,000 bht as compensation to buy emergency items. This is no way near enough to replace any items even for a short period of time. Let alone compensate for the stress and upset it has caused us both on our honeymoon
@bangkok_airways Me and my wife travelled from Krabi to Koh Samui on Sunday as part of our honeymoon travels. One of our bags never arrived and now my wife has been without clothes for 3 days of our honeymoon with no sign of the bag returning. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE!

I have spent over 6 hours on hold trying to resolve this issue. I have sent you numerous emails. This is my last resort
