Attention California Voters (if you aren’t registered to vote, do so now!) — A flagrant violation of our California Constitution is afoot, courtesy of Governor Gavin Newsom’s @CAgovernor power grab known as Proposition 50. Vote No on Prop 50 on or before the November 4, 2025 special election! Mail your ballot early!!!

Gerrymandering Threat: Governor Gavin Newsom’s Prop 50 would redraw districts immediately to lock in one-party rule and silence millions of Californians. Fair representation is on the line! This should be a non-partisan issue.

Currently conservatives only have 9 out of the 52 seats designated for California in the United States House of Representatives. Meaning Democrats already have 83% of the votes— even though nearly 40% of California voters choose Republicans in congressional elections. If Newsom is successful and this Prop passes, conservative representation will drop even further down to just four (4) seats out of 52 seats; meaning that Democrats would then have 92% of the California representation locked in.

If people really want to ‘Save Democracy!’ and ensure our Constitutional Republic continues, they MUST VOTE NO! to stop this horrible and unfair Proposition!

This gerrymandering attempt by Governor Newsom with his falsely titled Prop 50 will DILUTE STUDENT AND COMMUNITY VOICES! We need fairness and accountability, not less with even more politicians running over us voters to feather their nests.

Ballots will be out in just a few weeks— do NOT sit out this one-item on the special election vote. It is costing our state $283 MILLION dollars because Newsom pushed up the map redrawing cycle by five years and had Democratic lawmakers with their consultant create the unfair map and refused to say who drew it. The map was not supposed to be redrawn for another five years (just after the 2030 Census) and it was to be drawn by an Independent Voter’s Commission that was created by us voters! Plus we didn’t get the full public comment and review period afforded us by our California Constitution.

TO ALL the independent and democratic voters out there to do the right thing; consider if the shoe were on the other foot, would you want this done to you? And for Republicans out there, get registered and vote even though it is an off-cycle election. Turn out by ALL voters is a must!

It is imperative that we ALL come together as Californians to preserve fair elections.

The Choice is Clear:

Stay silent while your rights disappear—or stand up, register to vote NOW, mark ‘NO!’ to Prop 50 on your ballot and mail it in EARLY to make your voice count. Freedom means everything!
