.@GWRHelp, why is 12.12 train from Paddington to Carmarthen only five carriages when it should have been ten?! Really hot day, start of Bank Holiday weekend and half-term break and so many people standing, including older people and pregnant woman near me. Can we claim fare back?

@GWRHelp @SamanthaSmit29 I’m on the 12.12 from Paddington to Carmarthen and it’s only five carriages long… it should have been ten, why?! Absolute madness, people standing and sitting in the aisles and between carriages, completely unsafe any day but particularly when it’s so hot 🥵
