@LNER I think customer service is key. . People get irate generally because questions aren’t answered and even the staff are rude ( general obs) but some are not and it does make a massive difference - I was on an LNER after my train was cancelled I didn’t see any staff 🤷🏼‍♀️

@TPEassist Ok thank you - so if your train is cancelled and you get on another TPE but it’s 30 min + over your original departure time you can claim for that delay ? And if you couldn’t get another TPE train therefore you not used your ticket you can claim that back ?

@DuncanBannatyne Whole of the train service is a farce . Last night at Edi was a frenzy trying to get on the train- people were pushing in and not letting peeps off the train so we could get on and trying to get on through crowds of people - the staff had no control whatsoever .
