Really enjoyed @Jack_Raines Young Money. The best part for me was his reflection on status games at the end.

@Jack_Raines, if you haven’t read Alain de Botton’s Status Anxiety, I’d recommend it. He points to religion as an antidote to status anxiety: against something as transcendent as God, the differences in status between us start to look pretty insignificant.

The one thing I wanted more of from the book was the question of not just what you want to do and experience, but who you want to become in the process. I know you grew up in the church, but hoping to see you continue to explore that side of your life.

Kudos on a timely and thoughtful book. Looking forward to the next one.

About halfway through @Jack_Raines' book and was struck by two ideas: even with a huge audience, some industries are still brutally hard to break into; and uncertainty isn’t the same as risk. We often translate “I don’t know” into “the worst will happen.” Really fun/thoughtful book so far.
