An early trend I see happening, which could gain more traction:

Product managers joining internal-facing engineering teams (e.g. platform teams, dev tools teams) and bringing some of the practices that treat other engineers as customers.

Gathering feedback, personas etc.

@rgfest6 It wasn’t too bad for me I think. I had headaches, body aches and possibly light fever (didn’t have a thermometer to check). But that lasted 48h. After that I just had to sleep more than usual.
