He was the worst President in history. And when he got voted out, he tried to stage a coup. Then he stole national secrets and sold the ones he didn't store in the bathroom.
He was convicted of fraud, found liable of sexual assault and convicted of 34 felonies. He is half a billion dollars in debt, owned by God only knows who, and the biggest national security risk the nation has ever had.
But at least he's not a Black woman.
The fact that half of America will vote for a 34 time convicted felon, adjudicated rapist, unrepentant racist, pathological liar, and malignant narcissist, speaks to the unrelenting evil of white supremacy.
This is one of those nights in the quiet academic library where I would welcome a visit from the ice cream fairy.
To be fair that describes most nights.
So this happened today in Vancouver BC where Johnny Marr and I are both doing gigs tonight (as is Paul Weller). We spent a lovely long lunch comparing notes about the joy of playing music and laughing uproariously about the old days. Love you Johnny.

My kid loves mythology, so I’m grooving on The Ulster Cycle as bedtime story.
Last night was The Hound of Cullan, complete with side lesson on hurling.
Tonight we read The Cattle Raid of Cooley.
Check out The Seventh Veil of Salome, out this August. A tale of 3 women: Vera Larios, a Mexican actress starring in a big budget Bible epic, Nancy Hartley, a frustrated bit player. And in the palace of Herod, Salome, who must dance before the court. https://t.co/DeCSlOJRea
