@Acyn Are we supposed to believe that it took 12+ hours for the POTUS to find out that one of our helicopters was shot down over enemy waters—and the crew survived—by a country with a destroyed military?
@SamQuinnCBS Pels should be listed among the losers too since they own the Bucks’ 2027 FRP right as Giannis is about to leave. Now MIL finishing with a bottom three record hurts that pick big time.
@KevinOConnor@YahooSports Still need an explanation why this is being implemented so quickly when there are prior trades of picks for 2027 that will be significantly impacted by this change. Why not wait til 28 or 29 to implement?
@Everton@EvertonNewsFeed American EFC fan here: I started following Everton 10 years ago and chose this club after Tim Howard’s awesome World Cup showing. I’ll always love Howard and how great he was for EFC, but it took me about two months before Coleman became my favorite Everton player over Howard🍻
@J_MINN_X@TheMaineWonk A great start would be offering better options to vote for than choosing between a douche and a turd sandwich like we’ve had in the past three presidential elections.
@PeteThamel …and with this move, the devolution of the LSU athletic department into the college sports version of the Trump administration is now complete!
@KySportsRadio I’ve also wondered the same thing many times since it came out that two dudes on the same CBB team were projected too 5 picks. Inexcusable not to be a top 50 team in the country
@KevinOConnor My main beef with this proposal is that it will be enacted too quickly. It’s really not fair to teams that have protected FRPs from other teams via prior trades to suddenly have those picks gain/lose value with less than a year’s notice. They can wait 1-2 years to implement no?
@tomhaberstroh My biggest problem with this proposal is that it would take effect next season. That’s unfair to teams that have already made trades involving a protected FRP in the 2027 draft. I think they should wait til at least 2028 to implement but I also get Silver’s urgency on this issue.
@jpodhoretz Are you aware that there’s a simple way to avoid this “double-taxing” you’re so upset about? Your suffering need not continue if you sell your second home that you barely use
@thedebralea Your stats make it sound like rich New Yorkers really didn’t like policies that were in place prior to Mamdani being in charge so they moved away. If all the fleeing wealthy have already left, who’s left to lose at this point? Also, Mamdani runs NYC, not the whole state FYI
