@Steggals @primmer82 @polscotrpu @EDCouncil I understand the law is aiming to save lives. Perhaps, it should be law that cyclists wear reflective clothing and have lights on their bikes. I've seen too many people out cycling in all black and no lights on the bike. It's almost impossible to see them before it's too late.
