Head of Human Data & RL @ Morpheus Talent Solutions
Specialist recruitment partner for Human Data & RL Vendors
Hiring ops, research and more! drop me a dm!
The first RL env major acquisition outcome?? Mechanize for 1.5B!
Makes a lot of sense when it’s been in the data discourse for a long time now that GDM’s synth capabilities weren’t up to OAI and Ants. Many of the recent departures from GDM to the other labs cited this. Certainly Mechanize is one of 4 players in RL env markets that I would even consider to have some modicum of good synth data scaling.

@danielrupawalla Labs are super concious of what happened to Google W/ Appen in 2023/24 and Scale in 2025. Makes no sense for them to put huge bets on 1 vendor.
Although having 100+ vendors is too much
Looking for some folks who have been in research and want to work directly with the core teams @ frontier labs as research partners.
Must be big RL enthusiast!
healthcare has more data than almost any industry on earth.
and somehow it's still one of the least intelligent.
Akash Kapoor is changing that.
ChartR is the intelligence layer for healthcare. purpose-built AI agents that continuously monitor clinical quality, financial performance, and program integrity in real time. the platform where regulators and healthcare facilities finally operate as one system instead of two disconnected ones.
real-time auditing. patient triage. missed diagnosis identification. explainable agents driven by real clinical logic, co-built with clinicians.
the team is built for it. Columbia MD, ML researchers, ex-Bloomberg engineers, all tackling the hardest problems across medicine, data science, and frontier AI.
Akash presented at our july shortlist showcase in NYC, tornado warning and all.
the kind of founder building the infrastructure healthcare should have had a decade ago.
this is shortlist nyc.
@phoebeyao Love the idea. Just don’t see it happening before Mercor/H’shake etc go on the acquisition spree. Consolidation to come before this gets done. Not enough assurances from vendors to ensure they will be paid for the work. Contracts aren’t typical contracts either. Too much risk IMO
