@EricLDaugh Exactly what's been happening for years now. I'm a US citizen living abroad I know this first hand. Foreigners are on Medicaid, they get social security, FAFSA $, welfare, etc etc. So many people lie on forms to get all the benefits. They even joke around about it. It's insane.
