🎂 Today, in 1993, NCSA Mosaic v1.0 was released. It arguably set the tone for what would be future browsers -- all of them, including @browsercompany's ARC as I'm sure @darinwf remembers, he who was at Netscape aka the other Mosaic. lol. 🙃.
R.I.P. Rick Cattell. He was long-time colleague at Sun, a fellow CMU CS alum, a comrade-in-arms in the fight for the freedom to reimplement APIs, and, most of all, a dear friend. I will miss him.

Holy bleep, I've lived under a rock. Visual Studio Code is incredibly good: fast and rich, and I've been hacking in it for a single day. Indefinitely postponing plans to get a license plate VI4EVR.
