Reply finally back from AEG acknowledging their traffic management was at fault BUT since we only missed quarter of the show we would still have enjoyed it so no refund! Anyone else had a similarly outrageous response?! Will be taking this further

@AXS_UK @axs @Hatfield_House 2 1/2 hours in traffic from opposite the entrance on the A414 trying to get in to see Michael Buble. Made it to the stage at 9:10pm and missed loads. Leaving also bad. Your traffic plan and contractors totally failed. What are you going to offer us?

@Hatfield_House While at least you have made a statement, just because you were not the lead organiser doesn’t mean you have no responsibility. Surely you knew that 7-10k cars down just one single track road was going to be a disaster. I trust you will be clear to AEG to act swiftly & fairly
