Many of you already know this, but over the last six years I’ve been fighting a false accusation tied to the actions of a former business partner at Fox. Today, I can finally say this: the government has agreed to dismiss the charges.

This case was baseless from the start, and I’ve spent years pushing to clear my name, all the way up to a petition before the Supreme Court. It’s hard to describe the relief of closing this chapter. I’ve tried to hold onto the same values I’ve brought to my work for decades: ethics, transparency, and doing what’s right, even when it comes at a cost.

This ordeal was incredibly hard on my family and everyone who stood with me. I’m grateful the truth prevailed, and I’m also confident more of that truth will come out. When the time is right, I’ll be ready to tell the full story.
