Excited for the orderbook to go live and to keep making progress on the Reya roadmap!

But there's a point I want to address: things have taken too long this year, and that's on me. We have ambitious goals, but our speed of execution needs to increase. There were structural reasons for this, which I’ve addressed to set Reya v2 up for success. You'll see this translate in faster shipping velocity from here. Specifically:
1. We were short on engineering firepower. We've evolved the team with a killer group from IMC, Optiver, Wintermute, Palantir and Kraken.
2. Architectural design is now split from engineering delivery - both matter, and both need dedicated brainpower. @daniel_gal77203 (ex-Optiver) is now Head of Engineering, owning team mgmt and execution. He's relentless and diligent, and has brought an additional dynamism to the team.
3. My gigabrain co-founder and CTO @arturbegyan is now focusing on what he does best: architecture and the technical roadmap. Ultimately, the rarest talent belongs on the rarest problems. We came up with Voltz and Reya together, you can expect more breakthroughs!

The vision hasn't changed: every asset, onchain, tradable 24/7. v1 gave us the learnings. v2 is the breakthrough. The orderbook is step one, and it goes live next week!
