@AmericanAir Yeah that’s after it’s been delayed 3 times already. The plane is in DR right now. Hasn’t even left yet. My flight was scheduled for 9pm. Make this make sense. It’s not weather related when all other airlines have recovered. Do better
Congrats @AmericanAir, you’ve officially taken the throne for worst airline experience. Complete lack of communication, zero accountability, and absolute disregard for your passengers. You’ve lost a customer for life. Never flying with you again. Good riddance
@AmericanAir The problem is the communication. You have airports full of people that have no chance of leaving. You have delayed everyone’s flights for 12 hours, praying some pilots and flight attendants appear out of thin air. You have also failed to your staff as they have no way to help.
I don’t even want you to “make it right” anymore. You’ve proven you’re either incompetent or unwilling to help. Just get us to our destination. Is that really too much to ask? This is completely unacceptable @AmericanAir.
Last night was absolutely unacceptable, @AmericanAir. We were scheduled on a 9 PM flight that you delayed for six straight hours. Every single hour, your gate agents lied to our faces saying “just one more hour” until 5 AM when they finally canceled it.
There were plenty of flights from Miami to Mexico City we could’ve taken - even last night - but you refused to help us. I asked to be rebooked on a different airline and you wouldn’t do it. This level of incompetence and disrespect for passengers is outrageous.
