These prop firms have rules that their traders are expected to follow. If traders then follow these rules categorically without any breach, then calling such traders gamblers while mentioning "Full porting" as the reason without defining same in the rules is highly mischievous.

Personally, I’m fully against full-porting.

You cannot pass an evaluation by winning just 1–2 trades. There’s no need to gamble your entire account on a single position.

A prop firm should be evaluating your ability to trade over the long term:

•How you manage risk
•How consistent your execution is
•How you perform across different market conditions
•Whether you can protect capital during losing periods

Anyone can get lucky with one oversized trade. Consistency is what separates a trader from a gambler.

That’s why proper risk management will always matter more than full-porting.

@Khldfx You need to define this "Full Porting" so that traders may understand and be conscious of it...does it apply to the leverage or the number of trades taking.
This is basically to put traders in the right perspective to avoid being victimised in ignorance.

If someone calls you unprofitable, it shouldn’t always offend you. Sometimes it should challenge you to become better.

When I started trading, many people called me unprofitable too. I never saw it as an insult. At that stage of my journey, the results weren’t there yet, so instead of arguing, I went back to work.

I studied harder, stayed consistent and kept improving quietly.

Today, the story is different.

That’s why I always say not every negative statement needs an emotional reaction. Some comments are meant to ignite something in you. The worst thing you can do is spend your time trying to defend yourself instead of developing yourself.

In trading and in life, narratives change when results arrive.
Sometimes you don’t need to talk more.
You just need to become undeniable.
