@ETBsoluciones Eso hice, @ETBsoluciones, y no solucionaron nada. Me volvieron a mandar a un chat en WhatsApp en el que me dicen que van a llamarme o mandar un SMS a mi número colombiano que NO funciona porque estoy fuera del país! Qué más tengo que hacer para que cancelen todo?!

@ETBsoluciones Llevo 2 meses tratando de cancelar todos los servicios con ustedes y lo han hecho imposible. No vivo en Colombia pero aproveché un viaje para llamar, luego de 4-5 horas en el teléfono varios días, me colgaron; 6 horas en WhatsApp, bloquearon mi solicitud.

Dejé una carta autorizando a alguien a cancelar por mí, esa persona pasó horas en el teléfono y en sus oficinas, radicó el PQR y su respuesta hoy es que me llamaron (a un número que no funciona porque como he dicho cada vez, no vivo en Colombia) y como no contesté, no cancelan!
