A bank recently reversed a one-year-old transaction to me in naira, and the refund came through LemFi. LemFi converted it to dollars, deducted about $130, and only sent me the balance.
This is daylight robbery. #MoneyMatters #LemFiReview

🔴 Trends Shaping Local Governance
👏UCLG SG @UCLG_Saiz stresses that during the pandemic, mayors led the way, quickly establishing essential services. National govts supported these efforts but post-COVID, things reverted, leaving #LRGs with fewer competencies & limited funding.

The current global system is failing youth but they seldom get a seat at the decision-making table. 🇨🇦 MUST ensure meaningful youth participation and let #YouthLead at the #SummitOfTheFuture this Sept and beyond!
