@FlySWISS, I flew LX161 NRT-ZRH. Then you and @eurowings failed to load my bag onto my connecting flight to HAM (which was 2.5 hours late). My ticket has LX flight numbers, but I'm told "ask Eurowings".
Where is my bag? When is it arriving?

@eurowings @FlySWISS There is no update from you. You already have the bag number, the PNR and the ticket number, bag description, and the bag was loaded by LX in Narita. I arrived in ZRH. You should already be sending the bag to HAM

@FlySWISS you sell a full service experience, at a premium, but don't care that bags of long haul *Gold customers are not loaded onto @eurowings flight? My flight arrived HAM with bags of pax not on my flight. Where is mine?

@AlfieJapanorama Yes, an incentive not to travel. Japan to Europe/N America nuts. But Europe to Japan return is coming down. I just saw Frankfurt > Narita return in June for ¥120,000. The issue is the Japan market. Try one-way via some crazy routing or miles, then buy returns from the other side
