@lufthansa Yes. And it was declared there. Still, they charge us on check-in. Look to the emd numbers. You can check they charge us without knowing the rules of star alliance gold.

2 passengers. both gold.
1 luggage per passenger only. and it was not honoured.

it was booked the light fare. light fare has 0 luggage, but in intercontinental flight if passenger is gold, it has an allowance of 1 luggage of 23kg per passenger. please check.

@Zorro24745645 @sofiafonsoferre Até agora a única coisa que se tentou foi ver se os lesados conseguiam receber alguma coisa, mas sem sucesso, não existem famosos nem poderosos lesados do banif .
E nós não temos voz alguma.
E já tentamos pedir a comunicação social e sem sucesso …

O banco era mais de 70% do estado!!
Muitos dos lesados andam a passar fome porque perderam tudo !!
