@jet2tweets can u explain to me when I booked a return flight in Sept, paid for extra leg room seats (window/middle seat), u change the plane & we end up in the aisle. Flight times are the same, how did you work that out? Then you want us pay more to change them, Iโm fuming ๐ก
@RiuHoteles We are currently staying at the Riu Papayas, which can only be described as a building site. The engineers finished tonight at 21:10 in the dark, using mobile phones as their means of light. At what point do you think this is acceptable for guests. We deserve better!

@RiuHoteles turned up at the Papayas after booking near on a year ago. The hotel is a building site. No comms & no explanation. We were charged full price for an environment that is very noisy/eyesore. You could have offered an alternative, especially as we booked direct.
