Being a father is one of the greatest privileges and responsibilities a man will ever have. It's a God-given opportunity to raise, lead, and protect tiny people who are made in God's image.

The enemy hates fatherhood, and seems to destroy it. If you are a father you are under attack from hundreds of different directions. Your task is to remain strong, and to stay the course.

It's not easy. The failure rate is incredibly high. The consequences of failure are catastrophic.

This Father's Day I am praying that God grows and strengthens the fathers of our nation, that we, in obedience to God, raise our children in integrity, to know him. That we prioritize and safeguard our marriages. That we protect our children. That the epidemic of fatherlessness begins to wain.
