Not a comment on its morality or validity, but ppl don't seem to get that Elon is trying to get people to quit. Twitter are losing $$, by signalling like this it makes people leave. A tried and tested approach to dealing with a workforce who are institutionalized to an old regime

These were the folks who tackled misinfo, contextualized conversations via the 'Explore' page, and helped make Twitter an unmatched source for breaking news.
