80+ year old, history of right occipital ischemic stroke. Acute onset impairment of short-term memory, persisting >24h after onset. Pre-existing left hemianopsia, no other cortical signs or sensomotor deficits. CT and MRI were performed. What is your diagnosis? #NeuroTwitter

@drmankad This does not seem like a MS lesion, it is longitudinally far too extensive (>2 segments).. Or are these multiple smaller lesions which sagitally look like one lesion? (One of many reasons why to always make axial images as well).

@AlanCarson15 Don't forget, correlation != causation. PNES group was very different, matching was only on age, gender and geographical location. PNES group had much more morbidity before and after PNES diagnosis. So only an association between PNES and morbidity/mortality can be concluded.

@BIGregister Bij het aanvragen van mijn BIG, na het scherm 'Controleren' linkt de pagina niet door naar de volgende, nadat je een paar seconden de melding krijgt dat de gegevens worden opgeslagen. Ik heb verschillende browsers en apparaten geprobeerd.
