@lufthansa please tell me how you can reject a refund for a flight that YOU CANCELLED due to staff strikes? This flight was from July and we are still battling to get a refund despite the fact you cancelled the flight with 24 hours notice, this is a joke!!!

NEVER book flights through @bookingcom !✈️ Flights CANCELLED by the airline 12 hours before departure, then a refund REFUSED?🤔🤔Numerous phone calls / emails / stress, over 6 weeks later no refund received and the poorest communication👎🏼 Hate to be a Karen but seriously 🤦🏽‍♀️

@AirFranceFR you should really train your call centre staff in customer service, just rude! You lost our luggage, we are now in Australia with nothing and have medication in the suitcase that’s needed. We’ve been told it will be a long while and to just wait? NOT GOOD ENOUGH ❌

@lufthansa will any flights be rescheduled that were cancelled today? Over 12 hours on hold, flight across the world cancelled with less than 20 hours notice and not a single indication on when it might be resolved / if it will at all 😭😭😭
