@TUIUK yet again absolutely shocking customer service. Had a complaint re-opened due to not being resolved. It has been 5 months already.
I receive a call last Monday & was supposed to get a call back. Finally received my call back today, asked for them to call me back in 30mins

as I was at work. Still awaiting a call back….
Tried to call back myself but can’t get through to any department who can actually help me. Ridiculous @TUIUK

@TUIUK customer service is absolutely shocking. Been waiting for someone to get in touch with me since July, been into store multiple times with a promise of a call back no help. Starting to feel like giving up 🤦🏼‍♀️
