@MiccasSergio @Breaking57 Cops will say it’s constitutionally protected to film. 1st amendment auditors are known for this filming behavior in public here in the states. Unless it’s a privately owned business you’re filming in or a government building with clear markings they’re good to film.

Depending on the jurisdiction and cost of the equipment it’s an easy felony (which generally is in excess of $500-$900 in stolen or damaged goods anywhere in the US). Given its film quality equipment, that would easily clear the threshold.
