@ZomatoUAE This is the 4th time my order gets delayed! 3 Times from Pressman's and now KFC. All your CS say is "We will work closely with the restaurant to avoid such issues in the future", "Treat this as an exception case and do give us another chance" #Ridiculous
@ZomatoUAE What do you guys do to ensure a better CS? I don't want refunds, I don't want to "Mark the Order delivered" - I want my Food! You guys need to get a better team to ensure this does not happen in the future. I won't face this anymore since I am deleting the App!
